No Refund & Return Policy – Saturn Sounds

At Saturn Sounds, we take pride in providing high-quality professional vocal presets to help artists achieve industry-standard sound. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please carefully read our policy before making a purchase.
No Refunds & Returns
Since our products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned or refunded once the purchase is complete. Upon completing a transaction, customers gain immediate access to their purchased files, making it impossible to reverse or reclaim the product.
Unauthorized Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We take fraud prevention seriously. Since our products are downloadable, filing a chargeback after receiving the files is considered theft. Any fraudulent claims will be disputed with evidence, and customers attempting chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a system error.
- You did not receive your download link after completing your purchase (please contact us within 24 hours).
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card
Cancellation Policy
The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed. SAMPLE Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
